Zheng Zeng started teaching and practicing acupuncture in 1994 at the teaching hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of the best teaching hospitals of its kind in China. A fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (FABORM) and a board-certified reproductive acupuncturist, she is a recognized specialist in women’s health. Zheng Zeng presented “Treatment of female infertility with acupuncture” at a conference designed solely for medical practitioners, the 21st Annual Symposium for Medical Acupuncture in 2009, in Dallas, TX. She presented “Treatment of menopausal symptoms with Chinese medicine” at AOMA’s Southwest Symposium in 2008 and “Acupuncture for prenatal and postnatal care” at the Southwest Symposium in 2011. Zeng has published five books and many papers on acupuncture and Chinese herbs. Zeng has been an AOMA faculty member since 2002.
