Silk Reeling Qi Gong w/ Andy Bishop

Ever wanted to work on your qi? Have a patient you've given a "Qigong or Taiji prescription" that needs guidance between treatments? Want to improve your acupuncture practice by
grounding and strengthening your own qi? Need a space and some guidance to practice your Taiji?

Learn a simple standing meditation along with core-connecting movement techniques, taught in the Chen tradition of Taijiquan, that resemble the movements of drawing silk at a
loom. The effect over time is to ground qi, open channels, and link the "Dantian" center with the limbs.

This class is open to community members, patients, students, staff, everybody!
