Practice for Sale in Plano, TX

www.patticareylac.com

I am planning to retire within the year and would like to have an acupuncturist either buy out my practice (at a very reasonable cost!) or come in to the office now, work to build their practice while paying a percentage or flat rate fee for sharing my room (I have 3 rooms but 2 are leased to  massage therapy specialists). As of right now I am only work 2-1/2 to 3 days a week, and not on weekends, so there is plenty of time availability. Before I went into the doctoral program I was working 5 days a week, seeing anywhere from 20-30 patients (my limit!), but had trimmed back my time due to the program. I have retained that modified schedule, and like only working 2-3 days a week. Even with just an abbreviated time in the office I am still making about $50,000 per year, so there is great potential for increasing that amount if one is willing to do the work.

My suite of offices is a 3-treatment room suite with a reception area and office.

The office is in Plano, TX, which serves a large demographic of middle and upper income educated public.  Plano, Frisco, The Colony, Castle Hills are only part of the areas I serve, all of which are increasing in population due to the relocation of Toyota Corporate Offices, Pizza Hut, Nebraska Furniture Store, and other major corporations locating in these areas. Therefore, not only does someone have the opportunity to build a clinic practice, but a corporate practice as well!   For a younger acupuncturist who is interested in really generating great income, this is a hotbed for success!

Looking for a very special person who wants to live and work in the this area.

Sol Healing and Wellness Center has multiple offices available for lease by healing practitioners who seek to be part of a multidisciplinary community of healers.

https://austin.craigslist.org/off/6127767507.html

While we are particularly excited about adding an established acupuncturist and a craniosacral therapist to our community, we are open to any practitioner who is interested in bringing a collaborative and holistic perspective to their healing and wellness work. Are you intrigued by the idea of working within a community of healers? Have you wanted to deepen your own established practice by sharing your work with others and hearing how they work with clients - finding where your interests and offerings intersect? If so, you may well be one of us!

Practitioners are not employees or contractors of Sol Healing and Wellness Center. They simply rent office space on a monthly basis. Offices are rented on a full time basis, and may be shared by two practitioners if desired.

The available offices range in size from roughly 100 sq feet to 200 sq feet. Monthly rents range from $490 to $740 including utilities, Internet, and five free yoga classes per month. Three offices have access directly to the verdant yard as well as internal doors leading to the waiting room.

Sol Healing and Wellness Center (solhealing.com) offers a safe and welcoming environment where an intentional community of multidisciplinary practitioners provide accessible, holistic healing services. We opened our doors in the middle of 2014. While we have been here for almost three years already, we are always looking for collaborative community members who seek to co-create the offering and the environment of the center along with us.

With our recent expansion completed last year, the center includes 2 yoga studio/workshop spaces, a co-working/classroom space, 14 offices, 6 bathrooms, 3 waiting rooms, 2 kitchens, and a Watsu pool in three buildings on 2 acres in North Austin. While the land offers a rural, rustic feel, the buildings, converted from family homes, have been extensively refurbished to offer a safe, clean and nurturing environment to clients and practitioners. The property is easily accessible from I-35 and MoPac.

Services presently available include acupuncture, aqua yoga, Chakradance, chiropractic, counseling, wellness coaching, massage, meditation, skin care, spiritual direction, Reiki, Watsu massage, and yoga. We are primarily interested in adding professionals who do acupuncture or craniosacral work, rolfing, or other body work. However any health or wellness provider who is drawn to our community may be able to find a place. We welcome you to contact us with questions or to take a look at our community.

The office is on the second floor, with beautiful views of wooded areas out the windows.

Roomshare - wellness clinic with several other alternative health practitioners

https://austin.craigslist.org/off/6077060837.html

I am looking for someone to share my office with me in Austin. I am looking for someone whose practice compliments my nutritional therapy practice, preferably not another nutrition practitioner (ex. acupuncturist, rolfer, chiropractor, therapist etc.).

Your rent would be $275/month and you would have the office Monday,Wednesday and Sunday.

There is the option to place a 2nd massage or chiropractic table in the office space next to mine for an additional fee.

The office contains a desk, massage table, shelves and plants and there is a waiting room and small kitchen area that you are free to use. There are lots of windows and light, but it can be made dark and private by drawing the blinds. It's a lot larger than it appears in the images. It is located in a great area on Bee Caves Road right between Mopac and 360. It is wheel chair accessible, ADA compliant and there is a lot of free parking. I'd love to find someone ASAP. It would be a 6 month lease from when you move in.

Please email me if interested.

Seeking Full-Time Salaried Acupuncturist (1-2 year position, possibility to extend)

https://www.dc-acupuncture.com/employment-opportunity

Jumpstart your career as an acupuncturist with a plenty of patients, the full support of a team, and free of worries about attracting clients, marketing, insurance claims processing, and generating enough income. (Though you’d learn the ropes for all of these essentials by virtue of operating in the clinic.) You focus on treating patients, we take care of the rest.

Not yet graduated, or not located in the DC area? Not a problem. CURRENT STUDENTS and RECENT GRADS are encouraged to apply, and we would fully support you through the DC licensing process.

This is a full-time salaried position at our top-reviewed Chinese Medicine clinic in downtown Washington DC. You would be joining a truly collaborative group practice, sharing patients and clinical insights with fellow members of the team (3 other full-time acupuncturists and 2 admin staff members). You’d be part of a truly unique clinical model for acupuncture (this is not a community-style clinic).

Highlights of the position below. For details, salary/benefits information and how to apply, please visit the full job ad here: https://www.dc-acupuncture.com/employment-opportunity

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE POSITION:

  • Evolved office culture: heart, transparency, professionalism, kindness and open communication are all explicit values upon which we base our management style.
  • Support of fellow practitioners in a non-competitive context: you will be collaborating, growing and sharing clinical insights with a team of fellow Chinese Medicine practitioners. All positions are salaried rather than commission-based, so there is absolutely no sense of competing for clients.
  • Focus on your patients and therapeutic outcomes: full-time admin staff covers office management, marketing, scheduling patients, insurance billing and collection of payment.
  • Work-life balance: 20 days of PTO and 4.5-day work weeks (the half-day is for chart noting and worked from home)
  • Salary: $40K/year salary (equivalent to approx $85k in private practice gross revenue - see full job description for details on how we calculated this and information on additional benefits).
  • Lovely work environment: the clinic space is serene, aesthetically pleasing and often described by our patients as a “sanctuary”. It is located right in Dupont Circle, one of downtown DC’s most popular neighborhoods.
  • Self-care facilitation: staff members come in for regular treatments from their fellow team members at no cost.
  • Quickly gain a LOT of clinical experience and help a LOT of people
  • Hone the art form of helping clients identify the root causes of their health issues, and address those causes through lifestyle and personal transformation
  • Discover your clinical and healing gifts, and put them into practice.

... if this sounds like a good fit, we hope to hear from you! Full job description and how to apply here: https://www.dc-acupuncture.com/employment-opportunity
