8/14/2018; Space for Rent; Austin, TX

I have a small room for rent that would be a great opportunity for a new graduate!  Here are a few details:

- My office is located at the intersection of Bee Caves Road and Westlake Drive in Westlake Hills.

- the room is offered part time or full time, so the price can be low as someone starts their practice

- we currently have 3 practitioners total, all women and we would love to have another woman on our team

- All 3 practitioners utilize acupuncture themselves and refer out to acupuncture practitioners

- there is an acupuncturist across the hall.  While I have never met him, his reputation is amazing!

- I am seeking a practitioner with a team oriented outlook.  We are all very supportive of each other in our suite.

- I am a holistic chiropractor who mixes a variety of techniques and I often see patients for an hour at a time (not a 5 min style)

- The other 2 practitioners are massage therapists, one with a focus on fascia and cranial sacral technique, and the other studies herbs and specializes with lymph and post surgical and detox patients

- $ 50 for a 4 hour block of time on an as-needed and as-available basis

- $ 80 per month for a set 4 hour block of time on a 6 month lease

- $ 650 for the room (all days/all times) on a 12 month lease

Because of the team feel we support, the person would need to spend a little time getting to know all 3 of us before proceeding forward.  If there are any questions, here is my personal cell:  512-585-5520

7/16/18: Space for Rent, Petal, MS

Unique opportunity.

I am interested in helping a self motivating acupuncturist get started with their business or one looking for change.  With Mississippi legalizing acupuncture about a year ago, it has created an opportunity for someone to be the FIRST acupuncturist in most areas of the state, as well as introduce an enormously underserved population  the benefits of acupuncture. There is a vibrant, inquisitive, and multicultural population in this area that's never been exposed to acupuncture, but have inquired interest in my 18 years of practice.

I have, for rent (utilities and internet included, depending on internet demands), a VERY affordable office space within a well established chiropractic business of over 50 years. Rental space will offer a separate private entrance, waiting area, room for an office, and two private therapy rooms (about 700 sq/ft).  The building is shared with a bustling concierge style chiropractic office making affordability and convenience a priority, while allowing more people the ability to access care.

Currently, this office, located in Petal, MS (, is open 2 days a week due to dual business locations, and is a bedroom community outside of Hattiesburg, MS.  Hattiesburg, being a hub in south Mississippi, offers access to amazing destinations all within a few hours or less drive to most.

Please contact us at for more information, questions, and flexible/sliding scale pricing options.

We offer a front desk staff, a moderately sized herbal dispensary, and a room to call your own while you are treating patients. The rooms are updated and in a lovely, warm space and currently unfurnished so you can set up as you wish. We do ask that you provide your own table and needles so that everything can be set up how you like. We are a cash-based clinic so there is no pressure to deal with the hassles of insurance.  We require graduation from an accredited institution and a current Texas acupuncture license.  We prefer candidates with a current patient base, but are open to newer graduates or those new to the area as well.

Our clinic takes insurance, so ideally you’d have some experience with insurance billing, and/or be willing to learn.
You feel comfortable talking about the benefits of acupuncture from a western medical point of view, it’s okay to explain qi and blood and yin and yang too, but you like to relate to patients first on a level they can readily understand.
