Sheng Zhen Gong is the qigong of unconditional love specifically designed to open the Heart. Also known as a form of inner cultivation, this practice involves gentle movement, breath and stillness that nurtures awareness and promotes a happy life. In this introductory class we will discuss the meaning of Sheng Zhen and practice several different forms (such as Awakening the Soul, Sheng Zhen Healing gong I & II, Heaven Nature Gong and other movements depending on the class). No experience is required but it is best when the practitioner is relaxed and comes to class with an open mind!

Instructor Bio: Nathan Peterson has been studying Sheng Zhen Gong from Master Li Junfeng since 2011 and has been greatly inspired by this beautiful form of qigong. Through the practice he continues to be impressed with the love, connection, openness, awareness and purpose that it provides. He currently serves on the Sheng Zhen Society of Americas board and is a certified Sheng Zhen Gong instructor. As a teacher, it is his hope that he can share his insight and foster inspiration within a fun and relaxing environment.
