This class will cover Origin of the Heart Gong (formerly Hanuman Qigong) and Breath of Life Gong (also known as Lungs Qigong).

Origin of the Heart Gong is inspired by Hanuman. It's dance-like movements reflect these aspects of Hanuman as well as his monkey-nature.  The movements help the practitioner to reach a state where one's qi and body dance together, quieting one's mind and allowing them to naturally merge with the universe. This is a standing form; about two-thirds of the class will focus on this form.

The practice of Breath of Life Gong can help to strengthen the lungs and deepen the breath. Qi determines the quality of our breath; when you befriend your breath, you befriend the qi. This form has movements practiced sitting in a chair & in the standing position; about one-third of the class will focus on this form.

*The pre-requisite for this class is Sheng Zhen Healing Gong I and one standing qigong form.
