This is a meditation and qigong class. Standing, sitting and lying down practices will be used. Explanation, qigong practice and guided visualization will help the participant open major energy points of the orbit and feel in harmony with life.

The microcosmic orbit refers to the flow of qi through the governing and conception vessel, (central channel). Regulating this orbit of qi helps maintain stability in body and mind, influencing the spine, brain and hormonal systems. Practicing this mediation will build reserve energy in the lower dantian. The dantian is our main battery that is located below and behind the navel. This meditation brings a sense of connection and peace within as well as balancing major energy centers.
