Sheng Zhen Healing Qigong is not only good for the physical body, but can also lead to the removal of negative feelings such as stress, worry, sadness, anger, nervousness, fear, and anxiety. With regular practice, you can develop better focus and concentration. The underlying purpose of this practice is to experience the opening of the heart and the stillness of the mind.Qigong helps induce a relaxation response that may positively impact your body’s natural healing ability and increase your sense of balance in a seemingly stressful world.

About the instructor: Sarah Sires Bentley is a certified Sheng Zhen Gong teacher and meditation teacher.  She has studied weekly with Master Li Junfeng since 2002 and began teaching in 2004.
