A unique combination of qigong and vinyasa yoga. Warmups will open the meridian and organ Qi. Yoga flow will enhance breath motivation into the channels. Aligning physical sensations, breath practice and deep meditation creates core stability of body and mind. Classes are 1.25 hrs. Practicing a blend of Qigong movements, mindful breathing and yoga poses. Each class ends with sitting meditation or lying down savasana. Meditations will be either silent or guided visualizations. Explore the powerful effects of these two ancient  practices. It will enhance your life force!

Gayl Hubatch, OMD is a doctor of Oriental medicine, and instructor of Chinese Medicine and Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure® for over 20 years. She has taught at colleges, universities and privately, in the U.S. and Canada. Gayl teaches tai chi / qigong and maintains a practice in acupuncture, herbology, Jin Shin Do® in Austin, TX. Dr. Hubatch is a diplomat of acupuncture through National Certification Commission for Acupuncture (NCCA) and is certified by AOBTA. She is a licensed massage therapist, CE provider and Avatar master. She is the author of Fabric of the Soul: Eight Extraordinary Vessels
