Would you like to expand your vegan and/or gluten-free meal possibilities – but don’t have extra time to spend in the kitchen? Vegan On the Run presents a healthy-in-a-hurry meal guide for busy people.

Divided into segments – “Breakfast”, “Lunch”, and “Dinner… dessert included” – this workshop offers delicious recipes, cooking secrets and insights, a restaurant guide, and survival tools for traveling. You don’t have to be on a special diet to enjoy this special food! Includes handouts and food samples.

Vegan on the Run, aka Jane Gillman, spent 15 years on the road as a vegan, wheat-free musician, often detouring on the way to her destinations to sample natural foods restaurants across the US. When she hung up her traveling shoes to raise two vegetarian kids, she became a personal chef for two families, enticing and delighting them with delicious recipes for all ages. Jane created Vegan on the Run to educate busy families on how to prepare healthy foods in 20 minutes or less.
