Aston® Kinetics is a breakthrough system of bodywork, ergonomic analysis and movement coaching designed to restore natural alignment and dynamic well-being. Aston® Kinetics was created by bodywork and movement visionary Judith Aston.

This class will offer an overview of the components of this revolutionary method. Students will learn movement skills they can immediately put to use in their everyday life and get a sense of the scope of the work as a whole.  It is recommended for practitioners of healing modalities who are looking to expand their ability to help their clients most effectively.  It will also be helpful to those who are considering experiencing Aston® Kinetics sessions to address their own physical challenges or pain. This class will prepare students for the problem-solving skills that are taught in the subsequent Aston® Techniques I & II classes.

Eve Chenu is a certified Aston Kinetics® practitioner, experienced personal trainer, massage therapist, and yoga instructor. She offers Aston Kinetics®, a powerful method that utilizes bodywork (massage), movement education, fitness and ergonomics. These components are woven into a holistic approach that seeks to assist individuals in releasing unnecessary holding and tension, and to enhance body usage. The results are decreased pain, improved ease of movement, and enhanced athletic performance.

Michelle Wald is passionate about helping people find their best selves and live in their best body. Michelle worked as a PT at the St. David’s Medical Center in Outpatient Orthopedics. It was there that she was introduced to Aston-Patterning, now know as Aston Kinetics®. This level of in-depth bodywork was to be her life path and specialty. She graduated as an Aston practitioner in 2001 from Aston Kinetics Inc. in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. She has taken more than 3000 hours of training – encompassing both the basic certification and advanced levels of Arthrokentics. She also has a LMT from New Creation Massage School in Austin, TX.
