This 10 week series will teach Return to Spring Gong, inspired by Lao Tzu. This qigong celebrates the harmony found in nature and teaches us how to return to our natural state of being. The same effortless balance found in the moon's path around the earth can also be experienced within our own bodies' movements. The practice of qigong helps induce a relaxation response that may positively impact your body’s natural healing ability and increase your sense of balance in a seemingly stressful world. This class is open to students of all levels. About the instructor: Sharabella Fini is a certified Sheng Zhen Gong teacher who has studied Qigong and Medical Qigong with Master Li Junfeng. She has experienced tremendous benefits from this practice and her desire and passion is to spread and share the knowledge, and the belief in the power that this practice can have on someone’s heart, mind, spirit and overall life. Sharabella is a dedicated and strives to bring balance in her classes through peacefulness and engagement. She is an energy Healer, Reiki Master and practices Holistic Healing and medical Qigong. An artist, her paintings and photography reflects her passion for her energy work.
