Instructor Gayl Hubatch learned this taiji form from Master Zhou Jin Bo, 17th generation, of the Wudang Mountain region in China. It is a rich, flowing taiji form that is easy to learn and feels wonderful to practice. This form puts you in the qigong state easily – very relaxed and uplifted.
