Join Gayl Hubatch, OMD in a free slide presentation and Qigong practice Wed. Sept 4, 2013.  6:30pm  - 7:30pm Discover the magic of Wudang Mt., the birthplace of Tai Chi! Gayl offers these slides of her recent China trip to those interested in the art of Qigong and Taiji. A 20 minute presentation will be followed by qigong practice.

This qigong is from the Wudang Mountain region in China. Hun Yuan Qigong is a very meditative and restorative practice. This 3 hour workshop will start with warm-ups and cover the entire form several times so you can take it home and practice right away.

Gayl Hubatch, OMD, LAc, NCCAOM diplomat

Doctor and instructor of Chinese medicine for over 25 years, Gayl teaches locally, in California and Maui. Her tai chi / qigong classes have been inspired by a recent trip to China where she studied with grandmaster Zhou Jin Bo.
