Aromatherapy for Sleep: Safety and Use of Essential Oils to Improve Sleep

Join us for an informative class on the multiple uses of aromatherapy for bedtime routines. We’ll explore the Circadian rhythms and the body’s natural chemicals that control sleep and wake periods as well as how essential oils can support these systems. Students will make their own pillow spray choosing from a variety of essential oils. Please bring $5 for supplies.
Amy Kreydin is a graduate of the R.J. Buckle Associates’ 250 hour clinical aromatherapy program. She is a practicing Reflexologist and Clinical Aromatherapist with a focus on women’s health, pediatrics and pain management.
