Master Li Junfeng will teach Hanuman Qigong: Qigong for Integrating the Heart and Spirit. Hanuman Qigong is inspired by the stories of Hanuman's dedication and service to Lord Rama.  It's dance-like movements reflect these aspects of Hanuman as well as his monkey-nature.  The movements help the practitioner to reach a state where one's qi and body dance together, quieting one's mind and allowing them to naturally--as Master Li says--"merge with the universe."  This is a standing form.

This workshop is open to students of all levels.
