Join Randy Cummins in a traditional Thai-Shiatsu flow class, celebrating the springtime characteristics of movement and growth. In our 6 hours together, we will share the following:

  • Meditation / Movement
  • Discussions on the properties of the Gall Bladder & Liver meridians (energy channels representing the Wood element, associated with spring)
  • A learned sequence of techniques to open both the physical and energetic bodies
  • Liberal use of meridian tracing and tsubo application

All participants are asked to view handouts and links on my blog and be familiar with them prior to workshop. View Handouts Here.
