The purpose of the practice of Return to Spring is to attain an even, calm disposition, mastering the mind, the inner self, and one’s inner power. If we can maintain this even state of mind, we can attain equipoise and achieve good health. The word “spring” in the title Return to Spring refers to nature – a return to nature, the original state. It also signifies beauty, goodness, and vitality. The same effortless balance found in the moon’s path around the earth can also be experienced within the movements of our own bodies. Go into this space as you practice the movements. In your Heart and mind everything is perfect.

This class is open to beginners and advanced students.
