Have you ever felt that you needed to get back to the basics in your workout? Do you feel awkward in your movement? Want to feel more aligned in your yoga?
This class includes functional and dynamic exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, balance and posture. What makes Aston® Fitness unique is its emphasis on using the underlying principles of physics to make movements dynamic and fun. This will help you feel more youthful and prevent injury as you get back to into your workouts. Grace and power are not just for professional athletes and dancers; anyone can learn these skills to improve their function. Each week we will introduce an Aston-Mechanics® concept and apply it to exercises in a way that will revolutionize how your body moves and transform your thinking about fitness. Students will be able to use this new understanding in their fitness regimen and in their everyday activities.
