Inspire Your Inner Fire! Spoonbending for Building Energy and Mental Focus
Location: AOMA Graduate School Classroom E4 4701 West Gate Blvd Austin, TX 78745
From: March 26, 2015 at 6:00pm to: 7:30pm
Join author and Toltec teacher HeatherAsh Amara for this dynamic and experiential evening into the power of transformational energy. Spoon bending is a graphic example of how we can use our energy and mind together to impact the world around us.
Whether you are a healer or are on a healing path, it is vital to continually increase the amount and vibration of energy you hold in your being in order to be an effective, clear channel. As we move through the world many of us actually leak energy, which leads to stress, worry, and lack of inspiration. Through their ability to perceive energy directly, the Toltec mastered specific techniques for raising, holding, and directing personal energy.
Learn about the importance of intent, how to clear energy-draining stories and beliefs, how to contain and direct your energy, and how to bend your mind to a new, limitless reality. And of course, learn how to bend cutlery with your energy and mind aligned.
