Instructor Bio: Ki Browning, BA, CHT, RYT, has been in the health & wellness field for over 20-‐years. She practiced meditation since she was 18. Internationally trained, she is a Board Certified Hypnotherapist, Body-‐Mind--Spirit Life Coach, Health & Wellness Consultant, Registered Yoga Teacher, Nutrition Educator, Meditation Instructor, Reiki Master, Dream Interpreter and holds an Honors Degree from UTD in psychology. Additionally, Ki designed an audio CD teaching meditation skills in 5, 10 & 15-‐minutes. Giving someone the gift of meditation is one of her primary life goals.
