The effects of bloodletting are great!
Bloodletting is one of the oldest methods of therapy, and can be used to address many varied health problems.
It is included in roughly half of the treatment in the Su Wen, Ling Shu, which says it is the basis of acupuncture, and call for its use before other techniques. While the effects of bloodletting are great, it is essential that it be used correctly.
The instructor has studied the theory of bloodletting in Japan with Dr. Kunsei Kudo, and its practice with Kodo Fukushima. He will teach it in a practical manner, so that student may competently incorporate it into practice. This is an opportunity to learn techniques that have not often been brought to the United States.
In this workshop, the theory of bloodletting will be explained, including its purpose and effects, and the phenomena of blood stasis and vascular spiders. Indications, effects, indications,contraindications, emergency treatments, also class coverscupping theory, its purposes.
As complete systems of Hari for blood stasis, you learn and practice treatment for SP deficient -LR excess and LU-LR Excess (Chp.75) with Kyutoshin and Moxibustions (Chinetsukyu )
