"The 8 extraordinary vessel (8EV) pulse method is one of the most robust and profound methods of pulse diagnosis I have found. It can be used for literally any condition". ~Will Morris

Learning Objectives

  • Identify the 8EV pulses
  • assess impact of trauma
  • use and assess the 8EV to treat the results of shock
  • review anatomical locations of the pulse critical to the treatment of trauma
  • review the 8EV as adaptive systems in response to trauma
  • address 8EV in the context of birth trauma
  • address of traumatic dream material, its assessment and treatment
  • construct herbal treatment strategies based upon the pulse

Further, the pulse method describes shape and can be used for record keeping. This will be a journey into the treatment of trauma using herbal medicine. The areas of consideration include physical, psychosocial and trans-generational trauma. The practice of pulse diagnosis eases when driven by inquiry. Here, the question pertains to the changes in the pulse during the patient’s report of history. Conventional and novel pulse methods will be used for the development of the treatment plans along with herbal formulas.
