All of our community classes take place in south Austin at 4701 West Gate Blvd. Most of the community classes take place in the AOMA Mind-Body Center, also known as "the Dojo", which is located on the back side of building A. Building A is the building closest to the intersection of West Gate and Western Trails. The Clinic is in the front facing Western Trails and the Mind-Body Center is in the back. You can turn directly off West Gate Blvd. into the parking lot just south of the traffic light. View a map and directions.
We share space at Sol Studio in North/Central Austin for our Wednesday Qigong class. That location is 3400 Kerbey Lane, 78703.

Various Sheng Zhen Gong teachers lead a free Union of Three Hearts meditation (Zhongtian Yiqi) every Sunday at 5pm in the AOMA dojo. No experience necessary. Union of Three Hearts is a non-moving qigong practice that trains the mind. As this practice quiets the mind, one is able to return to the Beginning - to connect with Heaven, Earth and all of humanity. Cushions and chairs are provided.
Community Class Cancellation & Refund Policy:
