Dr. Weber began his study of Oriental Medicine in 1969, attaining a bachelors of acupuncture (UK). He also holds a PhD in Chinese Botanical Medicine at New South Wales College of Natural Medicine (Australia) & Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (PRC) and a Master’s of Science in TCM Pharmacology from University of  Technology in Sydney.

Dr. Weber is a visiting professor at Tianjin University, the Vice Chair of Oncology for the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, the author of six books on Oriental Botanical Medicine, and president of the Association for Integrative Oncology and Chinese Medicine. Dr. Weber is a DSc candidate in complementary oncology at Charles Sturt University in Australia doing research on triple negative breast cancer at Tianjin University.
