The financial generosity of the Scholar’s Circle allows AOMA to continue offering exceptional continuing education credits at an affordable rate for the community.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received by us in writing by letter, fax, or email (symposium@aoma.edu). AOMA will assess an administrative fee of $50 on ALL cancellations that are postmarked by March 31, 2015. After March 31, 2015, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. NO refund will be granted after Monday May 4, 2015 including no-shows. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of request. Your refund will either be credited to your credit card or mailed by check.
