America Reads Tutor

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This role provides direct individual and/or small group tutoring to students. Part-time – 1 hr. /day or 5 hrs. /week (includes travel time).

RATE OF PAY: $12.00/hour

BEGINNING AND END DATES:  This position is year-round beginning January 2017 following the Austin Independent School District academic calendar and ending May 25, 2017.  Position may be renewed annually upon agreement between AOMA and the organization, Cunningham Elementary.

Front Desk Clerk, Seton-Topfer Community Clinic

SUPERVISOR(S): Supervising Faculty

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Front Desk Clerk at Seton Topfer manages the reception desk of a busy student clinic within an affiliate's community clinic with high volume of Spanish-only speaking patients. Duties include checking patients in, scheduling appointments, pulling and filing charts timely and collecting co-payment fees. Basic Spanish fluency is needed.

Rate of Pay: $12.00/hour

Beginning and End Dates: Year-round during quarter terms, part-time. Thursdays, 5:45-9:15 pm each term not including break weeks. 5 hour compensation includes travel time.
