SUPERVISOR: Clinic Business Director, Stephanee Owenby

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Clinic Project Employee will provide support for the Clinic Receptionists on special projects as assigned by the Clinic Business Director and/or Clinic Assistant Manager. You will follow given instructions to complete varied clinic administrative tasks as assigned. Most projects can be completed during any time that the clinic front desks are open, including evenings, weekends, and AOMA break weeks.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Part-time position (approximately 3 hours per week) responsible for teaching Sheng Zhen Healing Qigong Parts 1 & 2 and Awakening the Soul Qigong at Seton McCarthy Community clinic.

SUPERVISOR(S): Supervising Faculty

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Front Desk Clerk at Seton Topfer manages the reception desk of a busy student clinic within an affiliate's community clinic with high volume of Spanish-only speaking patients. Duties include checking patients in, scheduling appointments, pulling and filing charts timely and collecting co-payment fees. Basic Spanish fluency is needed.

Rate of Pay: $12.00/hour

Beginning and End Dates: Year-round during quarter terms, part-time. Thursdays, 5:45-9:15 pm each term not including break weeks. 5 hour compensation includes travel time.
