UPCOMING VIRTUAL ACAOM1 SITE VISIT

 

To: faculty, students, staff, administration, alumni, governing board, clinic patients and other communities of interest

AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine will be hosting an accreditation site visit of peer reviewers from the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine[1] (ACAOM). This site visit will be conducted virtually using synchronous and interactive communication strategies (e.g., telephonic meetings, videoconferencing, etc.).

DATES: November 8-10, 2021

PROGRAMS TO BE REVIEWED:

Master of Acupuncture with a Chinese herbal medicine specialization, Certificate in Chinese herbal medicine, Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine - continuing accreditation

Doctor of Acupuncture with a Chinese herbal medicine specialization - initial accreditation

[1] The Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM) is in the process of changing its name to the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (ACAHM) once all necessary notifications, filings and administrative requirements are complete.
