Welcome to the Registrar's Office

As part of AOMA’s Student Services Team, the registrar’s office is dedicated to the institution’s mission of transforming lives and communities through the provision of high quality services to support each student in navigating program requirements and graduating on time. The role of the registrar is to guide students through registration each term and ultimately grant each individual their degree once completion of all program requirements is confirmed. The mission of the institution is also supported through the work of the Academic Coordinator who supports not only this office but also the academic advisors.

The goal of this office is to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and security of academic records while providing quality educational support services with integrity, professionalism, and compassion.

While maintenance and security of student academic records is the primary responsibility of the registrar, this office is also responsible for managing all registration activities as well as the other functions listed below. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Academic Calendar maintenance
  • Produces and maintains course schedules
  • Manages classroom assignments
  • Aids in adherence of academic policy
  • Processes final grades and clinic hours records
  • Processes grade changes
  • Reports data to external regulatory agencies
  • Enrollment and degree verification
  • Produces transcripts
  • Completes degree audits for graduation
  • Distributes diplomas
