Washington, DC 20009

6/23/17, FT Acupuncturist, Flowood, MS

Sprouted Heart Acupuncture and Wellness, LLC, is seeking a self-motivated and friendly licensed acupuncturist to join our team full-time.

Our chief acupuncturist is the first licensee for acupuncture in Mississippi and has been practicing in Jackson for over 8 years and has a loyal following, with many physicians referring to her practice. Currently, there are only 8 licensed acupuncturists in Mississippi and people from all over the state come to our clinic. This is an amazing opportunity to do what you love and are trained to do without worrying about the hassle of starting or running your own business. Mississippi has also just revised their practice act, removing the required physician’s referral for acupuncture, creating a much better business environment for acupuncture, opening the doors for exponential growth. Eagerness to learn, receive mentorship, and follow guidance from the chief acupuncturist and senior staff is expected, but an independent nature is encouraged. Working to build your own patient base is also expected, but patient overflow from chief acupuncturist is possible while she is creating satellite clinics. Availability to work Saturday and at least one weekday evening is a possibility. New graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply. Our clinic specializes in pain management and infertility, working closely with clinics in the metro area to provide services to these patients. Competitive pay scale.

Here are a few requirements for the position:

  • Must be currently in good standing with the NCCAOM and willing to get a Mississippi acupuncture license.
  • Must sign a one year no-compete contract.
  • Must be adept in Chinese Herbal medicine as you will have access to a patent pharmacy and supplement inventory.
  • Must be willing to contribute to the daily smooth flow of the clinic by helping with side-duties, like turning rooms after patients leave, checking patients out, laundry, answering phone calls, ordering supplies, monthly community outreach events (health fairs, seminars, booths), etc.

What is included: Complete, full-time front desk reception, marketing, website, credit card processing, invoicing, laundry, acupuncture supplies, office supplies, access to herbal pharmacy inventory, rent, software for scheduling, internet, telephone, malpractice insurance, and a lovely office space in a safe area.

An area of interest or specialty is encouraged.

Sol Healing and Wellness Center has multiple offices available for lease by healing practitioners who seek to be part of a multidisciplinary community of healers.

While we are particularly excited about adding an established acupuncturist and a craniosacral therapist to our community, we are open to any practitioner who is interested in bringing a collaborative and holistic perspective to their healing and wellness work. Are you intrigued by the idea of working within a community of healers? Have you wanted to deepen your own established practice by sharing your work with others and hearing how they work with clients - finding where your interests and offerings intersect? If so, you may well be one of us!

Practitioners are not employees or contractors of Sol Healing and Wellness Center. They simply rent office space on a monthly basis. Offices are rented on a full time basis, and may be shared by two practitioners if desired.

The available offices range in size from roughly 100 sq feet to 200 sq feet. Monthly rents range from $490 to $740 including utilities, Internet, and five free yoga classes per month. Three offices have access directly to the verdant yard as well as internal doors leading to the waiting room.

Sol Healing and Wellness Center ( offers a safe and welcoming environment where an intentional community of multidisciplinary practitioners provide accessible, holistic healing services. We opened our doors in the middle of 2014. While we have been here for almost three years already, we are always looking for collaborative community members who seek to co-create the offering and the environment of the center along with us.

With our recent expansion completed last year, the center includes 2 yoga studio/workshop spaces, a co-working/classroom space, 14 offices, 6 bathrooms, 3 waiting rooms, 2 kitchens, and a Watsu pool in three buildings on 2 acres in North Austin. While the land offers a rural, rustic feel, the buildings, converted from family homes, have been extensively refurbished to offer a safe, clean and nurturing environment to clients and practitioners. The property is easily accessible from I-35 and MoPac.

Services presently available include acupuncture, aqua yoga, Chakradance, chiropractic, counseling, wellness coaching, massage, meditation, skin care, spiritual direction, Reiki, Watsu massage, and yoga. We are primarily interested in adding professionals who do acupuncture or craniosacral work, rolfing, or other body work. However any health or wellness provider who is drawn to our community may be able to find a place. We welcome you to contact us with questions or to take a look at our community.

Massage Therapy office space available (Westlake)

Long established (20+ years) massage therapy practice seeks new officemates.
Lease is based on half day units. If you claim a half day it is yours, and there will be no juggling involved in order to use it. You can count on it being available, which is a comfort to regular clients.
This is a co-op, no one is profiting from the space.
This makes it very affordable, and cheaper as more of the space is claimed.
Please feel free to inquire about what times are available.

There are 2 therapy rooms, a large waiting area/ office, and there is a bathroom in the suite.
The office is on the second floor, with beautiful views of wooded areas out the windows.
The space could also be used for acupuncture or other therapeutic modalities.

Contact Kip at (512) 964-1447 with any questions.

6/1/17, Space for Rent (PT), Austin, TX

Roomshare - wellness clinic with several other alternative health practitioners

I am looking for someone to share my office with me in Austin. I am looking for someone whose practice compliments my nutritional therapy practice, preferably not another nutrition practitioner (ex. acupuncturist, rolfer, chiropractor, therapist etc.).

Your rent would be $275/month and you would have the office Monday,Wednesday and Sunday.

There is the option to place a 2nd massage or chiropractic table in the office space next to mine for an additional fee.

The office contains a desk, massage table, shelves and plants and there is a waiting room and small kitchen area that you are free to use. There are lots of windows and light, but it can be made dark and private by drawing the blinds. It's a lot larger than it appears in the images. It is located in a great area on Bee Caves Road right between Mopac and 360. It is wheel chair accessible, ADA compliant and there is a lot of free parking. I'd love to find someone ASAP. It would be a 6 month lease from when you move in.

Please email me if interested.
